Trouble Ticket

Interference from Weather?

No. Every link is engineered using the laws of physics to make accurate performance calculations impervious to weather.

Interference from In-House WiFi?

No. As long as we are made aware of your channel usage we will not use the same channel. This is only for unlicensed spectrum not licensed.

Interference from Cell Phones, Cordless Phones, Microwave Ovens, Pacemakers, etc.?

No.  We do not operate in any of these spectrums.

Security?

Yes.  All of our equipment runs AES 256 encryption and our radios run a proprietary modulation. There is no way for someone to hack the non-standards technology that we utilize.

Is Microwave technology reliable?

Yes it is.  We engineer every link using the laws of physics to ensure the highest possible uptime in any weather event. We monitor both ends and have alarm systems that issue warnings in the event an outage occurs. The data we collect allows us to deploy technicians to the right place the first time around, unlike landline services. They have no clue where the outage occurs.

As Fast as Fiber?

Yes. Our data moves at the speed of light, faster than fiber.

Low Latency like Fiber?

Yes, most of the time we provide lower latency connections than the fiber connections we connect to.

As Scalable as Fiber?

Yes and more so.  We can deploy in hours instead of weeks.

Symmetrical Bandwidth?

Yes.  Every connection we turn up is a symmetrical connection.
